My work is mostly influenced by geometry. I am interested in the interaction of colors, lines, and shapes. Most of my paintings were abstract, and I was wondering could I use geometrical objects and make portraits of personalities from different spheres either in fashion or the music industry. I wanted to achieve a minimal effect. Circles are organized in a way that gives a unique and different perspective. They offer impressions of worlds both abstract and figurative, microscopic and macroscopic. These geometric portraits incorporate different patterns and patterns within a pattern. Each circle is the same size which was a challenge to obtain proportion, accuracy, and in the end recognizability. I wanted to emphasize each color with the white line or black. If I need to define it, it is a combination of Pointillism, Opt Art, and Pop Art.
