We ship twice a week via Post Express/UPS/DHL couriers depending on the destination country. All items are shipped from Belgrade with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery.

Shipping usually takes 2-3 days for European orders and 4-7 days for International orders.

Note that prices do not include VAT for orders inside/outside the EU and as such, your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The recipient
is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.
